Have you ever wanted to learn how to weave a basket? This is your chance to weave a Biscuit Basket. You will learn every step and leave with a completed basket. The techniques you will learn in this basket are a standard start stop weave, and twilling. This basket has a wooden base with natural spokes and dyed and natural weavers.

In this training, participants will learn the importance of giving children hands-on cooking and baking experiences and hear simple strategies for making it happen. They will also receive a cookbook with various recipes to begin cooking with their classroom. Set One in HSN. Preschool.

Blended learning is a combination of eLearning (online portion), in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner, followed by a hands-on session. Covers the knowledge and skills for Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers, initial and renewal certification. Prepares a wide variety of healthcare professionals to recognize sudden cardiac arrest, respiratory emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED and relieve choking in both children and adults. Successful completion of this course provides certification and an AHA BLS Provider Card. Online class portion needs to be done before the day of class. You will receive an email from CGCC AHA Training center with a link to the online class portion. *The American Heart Association (AHA) strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS), and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Blended learning combines eLearning (online component) where students independently complete part of the course, followed by a hands-on session. The Heartsaver First Aid Course educates rescuers on recognizing and treating adult emergencies until medical personnel arrive. It offers comprehensive training in first aid, adult/infant CPR, and AED. This course fulfills the State of Oregon Child Care licensing requirement.
