Prepare for the Oregon Property Manager License Exam in just seven weeks with this blended course combining weekly interactive Zoom sessions and online home study to meet Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) requirements. You must complete a total of 60 hours of study, divided between the weekly Zoom classes and online coursework. Plan to spend 4–6 hours per week on the online study in addition to attending Tuesday evening classes. This course is approved by the OREA.
