Part one of this two-part series introduces Oregon’s Spark, state’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS). Participants will learn about Spark’s goals, benefits, eligibility requirements, and steps to participate. The goal of this training is to prepare providers to make an intentional decision about joining Spark and investing in their program’s quality growth.
