This interactive session is designed for adults who support early childhood systems and communities. Participants will explore how adult emotions, stress, relationships, and workplace dynamics shape environments where children and families experience belonging. Together, we will reflect on adult social-emotional capacity, practice listening and responding with care, and identify adaptable strategies that support connection, well-being, and belonging across roles and settings.
