Great Highland Bagpipe I
with Rory O'Halloran

Have you ever wanted to learn to play bagpipes? Now is your chance! This is the first of three sessions for learning to play. In this semester students will use the Practice Chanter to learn the basics of grip, scales, fingerings, and tunes, as well as a brief history of bagpipes. We will also learn how to purchase a quality set. Bagpipers spend from 6 to 12 months on a Practice Chanter before transferring those skills to Bagpipes. We will do it in over two semesters. Practice Chanters will be available for students on loan, but you will need to purchase one of your own in order to continue in the succeeding semesters. Register today to start the journey! No discounts or waivers.
