Aaron Brenner is a 7th generation baker who owned his own bakery in the Seattle area for over 25 years. Beth Skobkariova is a teacher and avid home baker with a passion for nutrition. They come together combining their passion for baking and teaching to help you create your own amazing sourdough bread. In this course Aaron and Beth will explore the gluten structure, yeast lifespan, sough dough starter care, sough dough crust formation, and the advantages of different flours for health benefits. Students will need to arrive 10-15 minutes early to be ready to start at 6pm. No discounts or waivers.
