This course will guide you through the fundamentals of 3D Design using Blender, a highly accessible, free, open source 3D modeling program. It can be used for a wide variety of purposes, like mockup engineering, sculpting, drawing, animation, 3D printing, game development, physics simulation, video editing, compositing, and rendering.

In this class you'll be learning about several different types of 3D printers, their strengths and weaknesses, and which kinds of projects each technique is best suited for. You'll practice on the variety of 3D printers at CGCC, and by the end, you'll walk away with a unique print of your very own design.
